The hallmark of Stratapro Solutions’ janitorial cleaning is that our staff are trained specifically on strata condo building maintenance as a whole and are expected to understand more than just the job at hand. Although consistent and diligent cleaning is one of the most difficult and physically demanding jobs, it often only pays workers minimum wage. We pride ourselves on providing much higher starting wages with rewards that come to those that are loyal and perform consistently. It is important to us to have our staff grow, learn and forge a long-term beneficial relationship with our clients in strata condominiums. We have found that our staff are then much more inclined to go ‘above and beyond’ and are motivated to be promoted into new maintenance tasks and responsibilities.

Where We Go Over & Above

  • doggie doo pickup and perimeter (exterior of building) garbage cleanup, checks
  • blue bin pull up, organizing and cleaning
  • drain clean out
  • garbage disposal of abandoned items
  • storage and mechanical room clean outs and inspections
  • changing four foot fluorescent parkade lights
  • reporting anything suspicious immediately to Property Manager and Council
  • work with Property Manager and Council by suggesting improvements such as floor waxing/sealing

Some of Our Standard Strata Duties

  • Mopping of tile lobby floors
  • Wiping down fingerprints on lobby glass doors
  • Tidying up mailbox areas, recycling of junk mail and discard envelopes
  • changing light bulbs in common areas including parkade
  • vacuum carpets in common area hallways
  • vacuum stairwells, egress areas and landings
  • garbage room cleanout, disinfecting and organizing recycling\
  • cleaning of amenity and guest rooms
