2) You agree to a mixed investment such as caretaking, and cleaning, where a wider range of tasks are included at a fixed rate, and only late night emergency calls are additional. Additional handyman work, for example, would be available at a lower rate than with the basic investment.
3) You agree to a full investment where building supervision, caretaking and cleaning are included together, and someone from our team would be in the building for a set number of hours. This is a much more comprehensive option that gives you the most value, as you can have an on-site team that work closely together with you and the strata manager to provide the best value for the strata corporation.
